The Free Self-Care You Should Be Doing Right Now

Let’s talk about how to take care of yourself. Not the “self-care” that companies use as an excuse to get you to buy their shit, but how to cover the basic needs of your body and mind.

Feed yourself good food so you don’t crave junk food so much

Set a realistic exercise schedule

Clean one thing

Schedule the big things

Get enough sleep

Check in on somebody, or let somebody check in on you

Continue reading so that you can fill in the words, lots of them, I’ve left out under each of those headings.
All good common sense – but when did common sense and mental health problems reside in the same mind? Not in mine!
