How are employment services and employers helping or hindering people from ethnic minority groups?

The “How do we increase ethnic minority employment?” conference I attended on Monday set me thinking about three themes:

• Where's the power?
• Follow the evidence
• Rhetoric and reality

The speaker presentations are really worth a look.
