Unfortunately the Executive Summary to this report is really too long to be reproduced in a blog post and there is no abstract.
It is well worth reading though, particularly if you have in the past been involved in the barriers to learning for single parents. Why is it that I am still reading about the same barriers as I was some 20 to 30 years ago? Does no-one ever learn?
