As of this morning [29 July 2013], Employment Tribunals – set up to provide a proper, impartial forum for the resolution of disputes between employees and employers – are no longer free to access.
Continue reading and, if you are like me, lose your temper. I can see a justification for a deposit-style sum to be paid up-front to discourage frivolous or vexatious claims but this is penalising those who are least able to help themselves with no guarantee that you will get your money back.
